Terms and Conditions for Promise Coaching

Welcome to Promise Coaching. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Services Provided

Promise Coaching offers life coaching services, which includes one-on-one sessions and online resources. Our services are intended for personal development and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you believe yourself to be in need of psychological services, please contact a mental health professional. If you believe yourself to be in immediate physical danger, please contact 911. 

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information during sessions.

- Attend scheduled sessions and inform us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

- Take responsibility for your own progress and outcomes.

- Attend meetings in decent attire

- Communicate in respectful and kind manner (Use of Foul language, harassment, or sexual connotations will result in immediate termination of session and future sessions)

 

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in our cancellation policy.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments within 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. 

 

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." Promise Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you herby understand that Promise Arnold is not a licensed mental health professional and therefore is not liable for any proposed mental or psychological damages. All liabilities pertaining to these sessions are waved. 

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Promise Coaching, including materials and resources, is owned by us. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

 

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States.
